okay so ive had this problem with some other games ive had and it has always been solved the same way, the problem is whenever i launch sins from steam it opens in to big of a resolution and just stays as an infinite black screen makes me have to restart the computer. other games have always told me the code to type in on the launch options to make the game open in my resoltion. so what do i need to type into the launch options to make the game open in my resolution.
Go to My Documents -> My Games -> Ironclad Games -> Sins Rebellion -> "Setting" folder. Open the Rebellion.user file and change these lines to something your PC can handle.

how do i open that file type for the .user.setting file
Notepad or any other text editor. When in doubt and not dealing with something you think is a media file, always try notepad.
