How does wincustomize change its web page themes?--NEWBIE

I noticed that wincustomize has a theme manager and I really like it alot. I was wondering how they do that in general.

I am really interested in being able to have diferent layouts available for my website to be changed on the fly, its such a cool feature

- what application did wincustomize use to to develop this website?
- Did they use a special application to create a layout for their website?
- are there layouts or themes out there to use and check out?
- what application did they use to manage the themes?

All hand-coded in asp. Or in other words, server side stuff. You can do it in any cgi language. Does take some thinking to set up right though.

wowzers, thanks for the reply. I was hoping for more of a drag and drop type development kit or tool, but i guess something this good needs lots more attention then that.
