Help with LiteStep

I saw all these cool skins for LiteStep, so I decided to give it a try. Needless to say, when I installed it, I rebooted and found a pretty weird GUI. It would be GREAT if only it would show my desktop items!!!! Is there any way to do this with LiteStep?

P.S.
I think I might have downloaded an older version since LiteStep's main page is gone. Does anyone know where i can get the newest version?

Chaos..
LiteSTEP doesn't have a 'main page'....but depending on the step.rc coding, you 'can' see the desktop shortcuts, but you'll need to do some editing.

It's important to note ...VERY important....that LiteSTEP is A SHELL, not a skin...it doesn't hide 'explorer', it REPLACES it...that is why A. it looks good, and B. it doesn't show the typical icons and start bar...

Go to Shellfront.org and check out the get Litestep box. The OTS v2 installer is a good one that contains a recent build of litestep combined with a very good installer.

After it's installed and you have a theme installed you like, you could add a module called icon.dll. It will place your desktop icons, back on the desktop. You can find this modules at shellfront as well.
