Issues with LogonStudio

I installed the newest LogonStudio but it will not let me create my own logon screens. When I create a logon screen and try to use it it just shows up as a blank black screen. What am I doing wrong, please help. I am running xp Home edition.

I have been having pretty much the same problems, I have put a message on her yesterday, if you go down to the next logon studio problem, it will be me, and nobody as given me help. I sent an email to support team, if that does not work that I send when to a sales rep, they can usually find the answers for me, logon studio does not seem to be popular, my problem is everytime, I modify anything, and then save it I lose the picture....all the writing is there, but I lose the theme pic...wish you lost of luck if you find out what is happening please let me know thanks.

Have you guys tried the newsgroups? You also might want to look through the Logons library and look for an author who's made a lot of logons. Email them and see if they can help you. There are not too many people here unwilling to help if they can. The problem is that there just aren't that many people making logons yet. If you had asked a question about WB, you'd get all the answers you need.

My issue with Logon Studio has been solved, I contacted support and they did get back to me in fact is was angie who found the problem. It was just a little adjustment in style mode of the Studio edit site, when you create a logon or even modify one using this edit feature, there is a setting called style, it can be set to 0-tiled to 6=stretched, the one it should be set to is 6, I changed the setting and had absolutely no problems since. I am a happy camper again...I hope you find this info useful....
