After Gamestop bought Impulse from Stardock I originally had no problems. Well, I just bought a new computer and im trying to restore everything I had on the old computer. I've gotten everything back EXCEPT SoaSE: Diplomacy. The app keeps saying that the game is not registered (even though it in fact is) and won't let me restore it or do anything with it at all. I am NOT buying it again just so this retarded app will allow me to access it. I have tried using the redeem option in the app and it keeps telling me the game code is either "invalid or already in use". First of all, of course its in use. Its MINE! Second, how can it be invalid!? It worked perfectly on Impulse before it became the Gamestop app and worked perfectly on my old computer. It seems to have lost its registration after the change to the Gamestop app because even on my old computer its now saying the game isn't registered and I can't back it up. Could somebody please tell me what the heck is going on and even possibly help me?!
