Why does my Logon Studio say that it has expired and where can I get an update for it?

I installed the new Logon Studio but it willnot let me create my own logon screens. When I create a logon screen and try to use it it just shows up as a blank black screen. What am I doing wrong, please help. I am running xp Home ed.

The WinCustomize Browser said I didn't have it installed, so I
just clicked the link above and will install it again, according to the site it came out 5/20/03 so it's a newer version than what I'm using.
