problem with email address and subscribing

before rushing off to subscribe i thought that i would update the email address in my profile, so that i have only one email address for all my stardock accounts.
i have only just finished getting multiple email address problems fixed with cursorXP, so dont really want to start over again *shrug*
however, when i go to the update email address page it will only let me type in the first 30 characters of my email address. since the address in question is 32 characters long, this isnt going to work
does the emotional distress this has caused me qualify me for a subscription discount? (cannot hurt to ask
)
