Hello to anybody who is reading this,

I recently have been getting back into playing Sins once again and stumbled upon some really cool looking mods for the game.  One of them in particular, Maelstrom and its expansion, got my interest more so than the others so i proceeded so download it through the program called Desura.  For some reason I am only able to download the original version of the mod through it but not the expansion.  So I decided to download and install the program manually.  Before hand i have read up on some forums so i could see how to install them the correct way. All of them told me to put in C:\Documents and Settings\username\Local Settings\Application Data\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire\Mods folder. Problem is, when i try to go to the Local Settings folder it doesn't even show up.  The application folder seems to though, but even when i click on that I don't see any folder called Ironclad Games.  I'm really lost on this, i haven't the slightest what to do. Any thoughts?
