opinions on design

i finally got my act together and created my portfolio website, at the moment im still working on the programming side of it (polishing off news scripts etc). You may notice a few ideas borrowed from the wincustomize features!

What im interested in is what you think of the design of the websites, constructive criticisms valued!

unique design, good choice of colors, but will that be a duplicate nav on the left to the top? overall, I think your doing a good job on it.

actually I really like the shadow you have in the viewable area that's a nice touch that gives it some depth
still looking around but those things jump out...

All the graphics were designed by me, for the top nav got that inspiration from www.flashkit.com as its a good method of allowing quick navigation. As for the colors, wasnt even aware wincustomize had the same sort

Chill, she's only joking. Interesting look, though I'd say you're trying to mix too many styles. Gets a bit messy. Don't worry though, only nitpickers will complain about that.

More seriously, some incorrect html,  's without the final ; and stuff, half the portfolio pages aren't working and such.

yup,other portfolio sections arent working cause i havent added any of the other sections to the database

as i said before, programming still being implemented, thanks for the tips on the design
