Drop Down Menu in XP

Is the drop down menu in XP skinable? I've noticed mine isn't and was wondering if I was missing a setting or if that is the way it is now.

By drop down you're referring to there you click on something in the menubar (file, edit, etc.)? If that's what you're referring to, yes it is skinnable through WB, but msstyles will only change the colors, not actually "skin" it.

Is it the drop down menu from the start-task bar? What style are you using? The Classic or XP (cartoon) style menu? I've always used the Classic and it does not skin for some unknown reason.

starone hi!
Davad70 has right, it is skinnable, unless you are refering to something else, it is not very clear you know.

Old Crab,
Classic or XP makes no difference, if you are using WindowBlinds skins.

Hi everybody. Yes, I'm referring to the file, edit, etc. For some reason mine isn't being skinned in XP and I don't know why. I'm using Windowblinds.

Which skin are you using starone?

Well, it does it on all of the skins. It is the strangest thing though, when I'm in Explorer it is skinned, but not on anything else I open. Only thing I can figure is that I need to tell either XP or Windowblinds something (but heaven knows what).

Well it seems the problem is solved. What seems to have happened is that when I installed the latest beta of WB it had unchecked some of my prior settings and the menu was one of them. I checked it, restarted the computer, and now all is well with my computing world again. Thanks guys for all the help (was checking everywhere but the obvious it seems). Guess I need more minds than mine nowadays.
