Icon problem

I have tried to change the Quick Launch icon for Outlook Express, but without success. If I try it in Icon Packager it says, "Failed to update shortcut file 'Launch Outlook Express.lnk.'" If I go to its properties and try to change it is says, "Unable to Change. Acess denied." The other icon that doesn't seem to want to change is the one for "My Documents". All the others do fine. What am I missing and how do I get the them to change? Thanks for the help.

Hi starone,
First delete the shortcut of Outlook express from the Quick Launch. Then create a new one from the original, (excist in Program files), and put it in the Quick Launch. Then you sould be able to change the icon from the properties.

You can rename it too, 'cause I don't think you may like a name like "msimn.exe"

Thanks Adni. I've been trying to figure this one out for some time. Didn't know you had to do a fresh shortcut. By the way, I want to thank you once again for your adivce on the dimensions I needed in Jade Tiger. Still learning all this by the skin of my teeth.
