I think i may be stupid but....
When i save a wallpaper it does not show up in the display window unless i change it from Jpeg to BMP.
I use to save wallpapers to a file in my docs but then was advised to save them to windows web.

Can someone please tell me where is best to save them and in what format so that i can change them in the display box and spend more time curlng up and being stroked by my owner.

Walls should be bmp to show up normally, but jpgs are usable with Active Desktop...[Web View]
Of course there are third-party wall proggies that allow you to use other formats...

pretty much any image format (within reason) you can open in internet explorer and right-click on and choose set as background.

but if you use active desktop, saving as jpg, gif, png (should work), or bitmap in your windows/web dir and you should be good to go.
