Apparently due to the weather or something related Doc was without power for a short time and is still without internet. So you can get all your shops in now before he can retaliate. 
By now, I bet he has the DTs from Internet withdrawal. 
I hope he makes it through it okay.
Doc, all humor aside, I hope internet is all you are doing without right now. Electricity is one commodity no one wants to be without in the midst of a historic heat wave.
