Please help a newbie to XP

Can anyone please tell me how to install(where to un zip) XPPurple glass floders to? and how to change skins in XP? i have downloaded them to mt HD and now i'm not sure how to install them. ANY helpful sugestions?

First, for those icons you need to be running WindowsXP. If you're not you can use the other set without the XP in the title.

Download and install IconPackager to use the icons: https://www.stardock.com/products/iconpackager/

Download and install Windowblinds to use the skins: http://www.windowblinds.net
