low vision / high contrast skin?

hi - the search mechanism does not appear to allow you to search by description, or there are no descriptions. I am searching for a skin for a low vision user, who would need extra large fonts (those I can change myself I think) and high contrast. So far, messing around, it has been hit and mostly miss looking for a skin that might work. thank you!
