How do I open the wba files I downloaded?

This may seem silly but for some reason, I cannot open the files that I downloaded? Can someone please help. I have never heard of a wba file. How do I extract or convert it to another type of file?

The wba file automaticly installs itself no need to open it, just go through the displays properties box and click on add button and proceed to your folder where you saved or just look in your drop down window to see if the skin is already there..... it should be

I'm sorry, but I can't seem to find the "displays properties box". I'm running windows xp pro and my display doesn't give me that option. can you explain a little bit more. Thank you.

On WindowsXP, things work a little differently. Right-click on the skin you want to download and choose 'Save as ...' (don't forget where you saved it). Next, go to your Control Panel and open Disaply Properties. On the Appearance tab in Display Properties, click on the Add button and browse for the .wba you saved. That will add the skin. Now you can select it from the list and apply it.

Sorry but I don't have an "add" button on my appearance tab. Seems like I should though. My friend has it on his XP Home Edition but I have XP Pro and its just..not there. any suggestions?

Ok, I forgot to ask, did you install Windowblinds? You can't use Windowblinds skins without it. Once it's installed you'll have an Add button. You can get it here http://www.windowblinds.net . For the record, there is no difference between XP Home and Pro as far as Windowblinds is concerned.
