HELP! my start menu's practically gone.

I just got Icon Pacakager(unregisterd) and WindowBlinds. Well, in the midst of downloading the BlueGlass Icon Pack. i goto click on my start menu, everything was fun till i go upto programs and the rollover box says "(empty)" what happend? how can i fix this?

Have you tried logging off and back on? or a restart?
