Graphic Interface Logons For 98?

Are there any graphic interface logon screens for Win98, like WinXP? I want my own skin, but my dad doesn't like it, and he won't use the logon box. Am I stuck until we get WinXP?

Yes. Only XP has a logon screen. Other versions of Windows only have that little grey popup window, not a screen.

No programs have been developed to get around this? I know my school uses a different logon, but it's pretty much the same except we can change which server to connect to depending on our grade.
