im using XP pro,every time i open "command prompt" or tweakUI or whatever...it said "the program has been disabled by your administrator".I dont kow what happen ,please help, i cant use system restore because i turned it off...

Obviously, you need to logon with Administrator privileges.
Proggies such as tweakui can change vital settings and would be one that was limited in accessibility...

When you installed it asks for an administrators password but it doesn't display this account when you log in. Here is a way to get to that account.

To resolve this problem so that you can access the original Administrator account:

Press the CTRL+ALT+DELETE key combination twice during the friendly logon interface to use the conventional Windows 2000 logon interface.

Restart the computer in Safe mode, or log on remotely by using Remote Desktop and the Autologon feature of the Remote Desktop Client.

If your only account has got admin rights, I'm not sure. If not, log in as normal, go to user propertys and change your account type to admin.
