Hey to all you skin authors: Create new, innovative skins! Just because the GUI olympics are over doesn't mean that there aren't many, many of your fans out here waiting for new skins! Go do it!......psf

You know.....you could always make a skin yourself psf. You might even be able to do one without using colors that are just plain ugly (like mine ) Seriously though.....I'm sure many skin authors are taking a much deserved break.

I am currently working on one, but with all the extras with XP it is very time consuming. I don't want to release it until it if ready and no bugs.

Hey davad70....good for you, i often need to be put in my place! Truth is, if I had any talent (other than critic), I would. Please remember that my comment about your skin was a personal taste issue, and probably had no place being posted in public.....but I am who I am......thanks!

psf> you never know that you have any talent until you try though. I made my first skin 6 months ago and it was horrible. So much so that I almost said ehhh, this isn't for me. I kept at it though and now I like to think that I'm at least fairly good at it. I have no training in art or computer graphics, and actually do the majority of my work in mspaint because I don't know how to use psp or photoshop. So....again, don't assume that you have no talent until you give it a few patient tries.

hello everybody, i`m new here ok? so I need help, how do i open the archives that i download if they have strange extensions like ".ip" or others?????

cuevillas - every filetype here except wallpapers needs a program running to load it. In the case you mentioned, IP, you would need to download and install IconPackager. To get the programs just click on the program name in the titlebar of the skin and download a copy from the developer's website.
