Best Skin for Windows 98 - Resemble XP

Can anyone recommend the BEST looking skin to make my Windows 98 machine look like Windows XP?

On the registered version of WindowBlinds theres a LUNA skin that comes with it that makes your pc look JUST LIKE WindowsXP. I used that one for awhile and it does make ur machine look like WinXP, and to get the new start menu that WinXP comes with you need ObjectBar.
