Was just curious why Vasari are the only race that can't build multiple starbases in star gravity wells? TEC can build up to 5 and Advent can build up to 4. Vasari can build 2 but one is disabled.

It is due to the Vasari Rebels and their mobile starbases. IMHO I think this is a quick fix by the devs until they can get the Opness of the mobile starbases corrected.
