[BUG] Jump stabilization STILL does not work

Hello,

as title already said jump stabilization is STILL not working. Also repair cloud on skirantra still doesn't affect strike craft (it did in entrenchment)

the repair cloud not affecting strike craft is a feature not a bug. affecting sc was far to op.

jump stabilization reduces penelty from jumping away from starbases, not from phase jump inhibitors, you sure its not working right?
