Can someone help a newbie get started?

Hi guys, I just purchased Windowblinds and am trying to get things figured out, but I'm not making much progress. Is there a FAQ or a section for how to get started around here somewhere?

What I've found is that after looking at maybe a few hundred windowblinds, I haven't found one that is JUST the way I like it. Some I like the colors but don't like the start button. Some I don't like the font on the taskbar. I'm trying to figure out how I can edit certain elements of a skin. I've bounced around in the display control panel app but I'm not seeing it. A couple of specific questions:

Is it possible to use a certain skin but replace or edit the start button? (I'm using XP Home by the way).

Is it possible to change the font style/size on the task bar?

You need to download SkinStudio. https://www.stardock.com/products/skinstudio/
With that, you can edit anything you want for your personal use, or make your own skins to share with the rest of us.

Actually without Skinstudio you can ask Windowblinds to use one skin but with the Start panel and taskbar of another skin.
Go to your display properties, click on the Appearance tab, then click on the Advanced button. You'll see a checkbox that says "Always use the XP taskbar defined in..." and choose the skin you want in the dropdown.
