Can you be more specific? Do you mean a BeatNik clock? Or a plugin for DesktopX, WindowBlinds or something else?

In general it is not enough to downlaod a skin. You also need the application that is using the skin.

Go to library, then down to Beatnik, cool skinable clooks...
their nothen special but I want to know how to succesfully put that on my computer befor I trie anything big.

Go to this page: http://somedec.com/downloads/ then scroll down a little and click on the link to download "BeatNik Internet Clock 2.0 beta build 14", then install it. Once installed you should have an option to choose different skins when you right click on it or somethnig.

ricOs, as a general rules, all the things you see in the Library are applications and you need each of these applications in order to install the skins made for that application. Also, on each application pages, you'll see at the top of the page (under the "Store - Edit Account - etc." links and just a bove the actual skins list) a little description about that application and a few usefull links about it, including a link to download it.
