Posting doesn't seem to work for me...I was trying to post a comment on BDR's excellent Dotcursor and when I click submit nothing happens.

Sometimes you need to click on compatibility mode in order to enable the comments window.
It's probably due to one of your browser extensions.
If your browser has an extension Ghostery (or NoScripts) disable that extension for WinCustomize.
