Hi. This is one REALLY stupid question, but how do you get the 'Link' and 'Email' clickable links into posts? :l

put an email address or a web address in. eg

[email protected] = pjpowell @ clara.co.uk (without the space)

and

http://www.pjpowell.clara.co.uk = http://www .pjpowell.clara.co.uk (without the space)

oops. that last one had a http : // (without spaces) which also turned into a link.
