WIN ME HELP WITH A SKIN

I downloaded a skin to my desktop so I can add it to the Display in the control panel b/c it wont go there automatically, but I cant "add" it in, b/c there is no "add" button in the display panel... So how do I do it? Its win ME

Ok, you guys - you help but you never do...!

Anyway, pewee, it is probably a windowblinds skin or something. You need to find out what program it is for (what section did you download it from??) and get the program. The adding of the theme is controlled from the program and not the control panel. Hope this helps
