First time with Window Blind

Hi Everyone
I hope that some can help me with Window Blinds. Everytime I download a new skin its say its downloading to a temporary folder. I can not seem to find the file I am downloading. I also go to the display properties and try to install it from there and I still can not find it. Can someone be kind enough to help me out.

It should automatically install the skin and be present in the list of skins. If it's not showing up there, just right click the link and choose save as from the menu.

You have to right click the download link and choose "Save As ...". It's the only thing that works. Then go to Display Properties, click the "Add" button, and browse for the file. After it's been added you can delete the file you downloaded.

IE6 seems to get moody unless you 'save-as'.....Other browsers/versions aren't quite so neurotic....
