Need help finding a certain cursor...

Hi, I came on this site like a few months ago and found an awesome set of cursors for my comp. I *think* they came with a WindowsXP icon pack, but I searched now and cant find it for the life of me.
If this helps, heres a description:
They were hollowed out cursors, and used green, blue, and I think red. The colors every now and then would slowly turn into the new color, like from blue to yellow, then from yellow to green, and so on. When it changed, I *think* I remember seeing small numbers at the bottom right-hand side of the cursor that would count down to the new color.
