How does this work?

OK, I just downloaded windowblinds. I go to my appearance setting, and under the skins tab, I click the windowsblinds button. Then, this window comes up and I have no clue what to do with that window. I downloaded some stuff off the most popular list, but can't use it. For example, the setigreen skin, how do I get everything to look like that?

Did you choose a skin from the pull down menu? (To the left of the WindowBlinds button)

First you have to install the skins. Download them to the desktop and install them with the add button on the display properties dialog. Then you can select a skin from the list and Windowblinds will apply it. I downloading isn't working do this: right-click on the download link and select "save target as" and save it to the desktop.
If you want the transparent explorer backgrounds, you have to change the folder options to "use Windows classic folders" under 'tools' on an explorer window menu.
