Problems with Desktop X Everything isnt loading!? Y?

OK I got a MAC os X desktop and when I loaded it all the windows satyed in the theme it was on, so how do I fix this and make EVERYTHING change, do I HAVE to buy it?

If you want to change windows rather than (or as well as) the desktop, you need WindowBlinds.

I have that but not everything works on it either! The damn buttons in the upper right corner of a window, (Close minimize and maxmize) DONT WORK! when I use WB, PLEASE help!
