Window titlebars blink when skinned and maximized...

Quick question for anyone who can help. When any window in a program is maximized and I have a skin (any skin) on, the titlebar flashes when that window is active. When it's not the active window, it stays skinned. Or if it is not maximized, just a small window, it won't flash. What is going on? Is there some setting that needs tweaking? I'm running Win XP by the way. Any input would be appreciated, thanks!

Check your system tray - have you got anything else non-standard loaded that might be affecting the titlebar in some way? Does this occur for UIS1 skins (often distributed as subskins of other skins)?

OMG! Thank you GreenReaper! I turned off this RAM booster proggie I have on all the time, and the flashing titlebar stopped. Thanks again!
