Order Processing

I placed an order recently expecting as stated 'immediate online delivery" but nothing is showing up under serial numbers in My Downloads nor stardock central, I have not received an order confirmation either, yet can log into the account created during checkout ok, I have activated the account too.

Am I missing something?

The items where also still in the cart after checkout, but this is probably just a session / cookie thing.
