More Nextstart Help!!!!

Ok, I've got it all installed and I've figured out the themes but I can' t figure out for the life of me how to make good looking customized menu's and windows. I practically want it to look like the sample of this skin here https://www.wincustomize.com/preview2.asp?source=https://www.wincustomize.com/library/accounts/treetog/nextstart/ss_saphardana_ns.jpg I want a clock window and also and thing where I can search different categories to open shortcuts to programs like there is in the middle bottom. Can someone help me or guide me? I have AIM=neomits and I'll check back here often.

The clock and the item mid bottom require WorkShelf, which is a seperate WinSTEP program.
Although the clock could be acomplished with BeatNik.

That screenshot shows WinStep which is composed primarliy of two piece of software. the popup menus are actually NextStart.

That thing in the middle of the bottom of the screen actually is WorkShelf.The clock shown in the upper right is the WorkShelf clock module.

Alot of NextStart themes have built-in WorkShelf themes so that they always go together.

WinStep (NextStart and WorkShelf) is definitely worth purchasing. I use it everyday. It not only looks good but its incredibly functional and useful. A demo and more information can be found at http://www.winstep.net. Its easy to configure and use and themes can be applied/switched to it in no time at all.

If you're looking for free alternatives, then I think you'll have to look at LiteStep which is a desktop shell replacement that is created by a community of enthusiasts. But be warned, LiteStep can be difficult to set up. The LiteStep category on this website should have a link to get you going.

For a clock, consider Beatnik, which is a free standalone skinnable clock. There aren't any beatnik skins here. So try http://www.lotsofskins.com or http://www.skinbase.org.

Note that the sections that you see in the menu on the left are customazeable. If you don't see the Beatnik section, go into your "Edit Account" page and check the Beatnik section in the option list.

Sorry Koasati, I tend to be overly wordy and I was typing in while you apparantly posted. And I forgot I had filtered the app list not to show beatnik. Doh!
