Why can't I download themes and dream scenes for products I ordered at Stardock?

Can someone please tell me how to download them? I have bought many Stardock apps, including Deskscapes today, and I am told that my downloads are exceeded?

Log out, clear cache, log back in.

The account you are logged in with here has no products associated with it.  Do you have another account you purchased with?

If need be, you can send [email protected] an email with any email addresses you may have used, and we can track down where the issue is.

Thanks for the replies everyone.

As far as I know I registered on Wincustomize with the same email account I used to purchase many of the Stardock products? I'll log out and try registering again to doublecheck.

I sent an email to Matt and hopefully we can figure this out.

I think I figured it out, I used a different email address at some point to register (I apparently forgot my usual email login) so thanks again for your help, I really appreciate it :)
