need help with NextStart

i have installed NextStart could sombody help me with downloading and installing themes thanks oh is there any P themes for it.

Download the Theme you want into a directory of your choice.
Open "NextStart Preferences, then click on the "Themes" tab.
Top right section is "Import Theme from zip". Browse to your required zip file and the rest is all done for you.
