installing window blinds

when i download a blind, it downloads as a paint (.wba) file and i cannot open it. how can i correct this problem and install window blinds after i've downloaded them?

.wba isn't paint, actually - it's a zip file, but since it's called wba, WindowBlinds will install it - if you have it installed first.
