I bought Sins off of Steam a few months back. Today, having finally got time off work and life, I decided to fire it up and have play.

Unfortunately it was not to be. I tracked down my old Stardock login. I start Sins: Trinity in steam and get to the activation page.

I enter my login info and CD key, hit activate and... Nothing.

Literally nothing. I don't get any feedback at all. I can't proceed as when I restart Sins, it goes back to the same screen. I hit quit and it comes up with an error:

"An error has occurred while activating the product"

I haven't been able to find a post about it on the forums. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
