Access wincustomize site

hi,help me please,my access home page wincustomize is too low (30/40 min for access),what is problem? i have regular account. thank you for your attention.

Do you mean that after 30/40 minutes you lose your internet connection? Or does it take 30/40 minutes for the site to load?
If the answer is yes to either of these questions, then I suspect that either your ISP is to blame, or there is a problem with your computer.

My computer not have problem,today my access is normal, possibile problem at server connession. thank you for your response.bluangel56
