I agree with Bill, WB is better.

And if StylesXP is what you want, why give money to TGT when you can hack your uxtheme.dll yourself?

Yep, Mephisto gave you the link where to get it. But be advised that the program isn't free anymore, so lost all any interest it may have had. For the same price, Windowblinds is faster and more reliable.
But if free is what you want, you can just download the UXTheme patcher from TGTSoft. Although they charge for Style XP (I don't know why), they give away for free the most interesting part of Style XP, which is the UXThme patch (of course they do, one can't charge just for a stupid patch). So, anyway, here's the link to the patch, it's free, but you're at you own risk: http://www.tgtsoft.com/downloads/UxThemePatcher.zip

(If I were you, I'd give Winodwblinds a try: safer, faster, more reliable)
