hehe... Don't be, KG. It wasn't any one thing, really, but a confluence of supressed thoughts and feelings that culminated into an *explosion* .... traditionally I hold my anger and it builds up like that. But it is a kind of release, in a way. Now I will expect to feel more alive, more proactive.
