I'll stick with my 801s - does everything I want. Added a couple of lenses (second hand) before xmas. Went for the AiS 28mm f2.8 and the AiS 105mm f2.5. Why older lenses? They're two of the sharpest lenses ever made, and they're not made of plastic like the AF lenses. I use my camera exclusively on manual so I don't need all the fancy electronics either.

Yeah, I am a fan of manual everything, but that becomes difficult when taking weddings.  I have a Yashica all manual camera that I have had since I was 13 (paid for it with money that I made doing darkroom for a local photographer).  I have a small picture of my current cameras on my website: www.angela-marshall.com
I still use my Yashica for all the scenery and non-digital shots.

Ah, a new uniform for JavaBean - excellent idea. I don't see how it will help anyone take pictures of chocolate though Surely while JavaBean is secure in her straitjacket all her chocolate is there to be eaten not photographed

Decypering e-mail. Seems sis has decided it is safe to communicate by e-mail as long as you spell everything wrong. According to her, it makes them 'hackerproof'..(don't tell Jafo)! Only thing is, If I understand them wrong and say the wrong thing she thinks someone intercepted her mail to me after she sent it, changed whatever it was that she said, and then sent it on to me! ... there's really no way to win, but at least she can only yell at me in hacker-proofed email (which i understand even less for some reason).
