Wolfie? When you hurt your shoulder and had PT.... when did it start to help? I only feel worse after I see them.... it makes all my other back muscles complain... A LOT!

One more week before Spring Break. God, I need it... I'm sooooo tired

PT hurt for a long time. I told them that whatever they were doing was having the opposite desired effect, but they laughed condescendingly and said everything was working OK. They were right, eventually, but in the meantime, I sure wasn't having any fun.

Thanks, WW. IT is hard to have faith... today my PT person was yanking and yanking and she finally said hmmmmm and went and got a 'big guy' and together they yanked some more. Even one muscle snapped out and she saw/felt/heard it as much as I did.... You are right, no fun.

OK leonine.... here is a suggestion. You know fuzzy and his imagination. Why don't you wear a floor length skirt. That way, his imaginings will surely give him a good cardio workout, what with all the palpitations and all......

Wear Boxers under the skirt

/me points out that when you run in a long flowing dress, most of it trails out behind.... and therefore in the running mode, the dress is actually mid-thigh in length. Also a cool breeze can come up and inflate the dress much like a reverse parachute or more like a hot air balloon. Additionally, the view is so fetching to someone like fuzzy... that he would be awestruck and stopped in wonder....
