Honestly, I would go to IRC for this kind of stuff, but if any of you have been there recently, everyone seems to be...inactive. Sooooooooo, out of boredom, I'm turning a thread among this msgboard into a chat room, anyone care to join? =P.

It's Sunday night, and I'm bored out of my mind. There's much to do, but I'm too lazy to get around to do it. My boyfriend is busying trying to get Visual Studios to work so I can't talk to him on the phone....and we can't seem to talk over the phone anyways...it'll just be silence mostly.

New Semester started........so anyone alive out there to join Elffie in this chat marathon? =P

Let's try not to let this post hang for over 2 hours, hm? =P

PT started today. I've been pushed, pulled, poked, prodded, scolded and electrified today. And I decided to walk to ad from....

/me had oooooone more tip for wolfie....

Sometimes it seems like you may just have to break in somewhere and commit work! I was about to do that just before I got my job one time. My theory was if I was there (in your case the store) and helped people so good that people would compliment me to the manager and then they would eventually be embarrassed enough to give me the job (I already knew my work was of the quality to earn many compliments). Never tested... I got a job just before I tried tahis method!

And I'm back to find more improvements to Wincustomize as well as the length of this thread to be over 5000 posts.

Sorry I've been gone for so long. School last semester was hard on me, and I was a wreck. Just buried myself in my room and did nothing. I'm back though, but still struggling to do a lot better in school.

ya know....I felt the need to start from page 1 of this whole thing...figured that if I did, I would get a better idea of what was going on...well, here it is...I dont know, 5 or 6 hours later, and although I did get a few laughs here and there...I am now more lost than ever!

Hey, I can multi-task.. On IM, I can talk about 5things at once which confuses the hell out of everybody, plus talk on this board, and do graphics. And maybe watch TV. It depends on my mood. So that male thing isn't for all males.

JavaBean - Feline asked earlier what "Keyboard LaunchPad" is. Well, it is basically this app that allows you to assign hot keys to all sorts of stuff.

After my Big Project "Office Hell" I'll be starting on the Chocolate world in Bryce. Only issue is that it won't be posted on here. I'll have to post the link when it's done since it will have animation. The Cammera will fly through the world and show you all types of parts of it. I'll be setting it up like Myst, Riven, Myst3, those types.

remember to get the basic cosmology right

the planet is in the shape of a torus, and the moon follows a "spiral" orbit, which passes directly through the centre of the torus. there is a sugur filagree staircase connecting the moon to the surface of the planet. the really good bit is the way the two ends of the stair case remain connected to the two surfaces at all times, despite their changing surface profiles.

/me thinks it is amazing what you can do with a decent magic wand if you put your minds to it

Werewolf, I hear that you have a birthday coming up. Any plans? On the job thing: when my Mom was trying to get a job that she really wanted, evertime that she would get turned down, she would send in another resume with a different, very brightly colored, cover letter. One of her "reasons to hire" is that she "never gives up." Don't know if that would help you, but after about 2 months of that she finally got the job.
