nice composition, cute subject, but there's an overall purple cast. Was that intended?

the purple cast is from my $^#^%@&%# scanner. It was a sepia print, but the scanner tried to color correct it even though I removed all the color correction settings. Still working on it. I think that the color of the one with the Willow tree is a bit better. I also noticed that if you click on them, the details page for them shows a bit more correct color.

I think everyone is asleep today.....

GM, yep, my hubby is pretty cool about the creative stuff. I met him when I was in school doing Darkroom techniques, so he knew what he was getting himself into! One Christmas, while we were dating, he bought me a big box of photo oils and a new light meter...it was *so* cool!

No skinbrowser at the moment - I haven't installed it yet. I'm coming to you now in glorious technicolour Windows 98... Yes, that's right, I've finally junked XP. A couple of hours a go I was designing a CD cover in Word. Almost had it complete after half an hour when, suddenly, Word went off. No fuss, no nothing, just off. Programs do that a lot in XP, plus games wont run etc etc. No problems with ol' 98, other than having to use a crappy modem which tends to drop connections easily.

Anyway, must be off now - more installing to do...
