Developer.exe - Lots of missing files

I have recently downloaded the developer.exe for Sins of a Solar Empire from the "Forge Tools" Download link. I can get the program to run, but when started it says that there are TONS of missing files and then the program crashes and the "Send Error report/Dont send error report" dialog box appears. Is there a specific folder I need to save the forge tools in? Or is it a different problem?

Note: I only have Sins of a Solar Empire v1.192 (or whatever the latest version is). I DO NOT have Entrenchment or Diplomacy.

I have some great Mod ideas and would really like to make my ideas come to life. If anyone can help me make that a reality, it would be immensely appreciated!

The developer.exe in the forge tools is extremely out of date, as is almost everything else except the Galaxy Forge, particle forge and documentation (mostly). An up to date developer.exe is in the same directory as your regular Sins executable files.

Here's a guide you might find useful once you get it working. FYI unless they backported some of the changes Original Sins isn't as easy to mod as the expansions (can only have one mod activated at a time, must include all game files in the mod). Of course if you wanted to update, it would be better to just wait until Rebellion. You can currently get the $10 discount for owning any version of Sins for a limited time.
