I'm uploading *.jpg for preview and *.zip for downloading.

Is it a Logon Screen that you are trying to upload?

couple of things for you to try:
1. Repack you .zip file (longshot but it has worked for a couple of times)
2. Are you using a Firewall of some kind?! Try switching it of while uploading.
3. If none of the above things works, all I have to say then is: huh?!
