What app do you use to create skins?

I've always been curious to know this. What do most of you use to create the tons of cool skins that I see? Oh, and do you use a mouse or pen interface? I use Adobe Photoshop and MS PhotoDraw 2.

Photoshop 5.5 Nothing else. Although I HAVE tried them all at some point. I think it's just what you get used to.

I try to use the creative section of my brain, Though as most know it rarly seesin anything but greyscale.

Seriously though most of the time it's PSP 7 with the occasional need for PS 6 and a dab of metacreations stuff ( Bryce, Filters, Ect....)

Photoshop 6.0, PhotoPlus 5, The GIMP, Paint Shop Pro 7, Harm's Tile Editor, Texsynth, Texture Maker 32, Wally... I'll use whatever is out there that fits my needs.

Of course, you wouldn't know it by looking at my empty skin list, but I DO skin lol I just haven't gotten up the nerve to upload anything yet.

Can i see "Corel Photopaint"?
ok, Photopaint, Freehand, Hash (Animation:Master), Bryce, and sometimes Blender and Photoshop. I released some skins at my work, using a Mac, with Freehand, Photoshop and Painter.
Ocasioanlly i used a lot of other programs: Poser, Winmorph

I use Paint Shop Pro 7 and notepad, mostly. I tend to use the mouse, though occasionally my Wacom tablet sneaks in (I find it's not as good as the mouse for close-up detail work).
