Windows blinds help please

i have some cool skins for winblinds but every tiem i log out it turns my freakin windows classic skin on. i hate that i want to select a skin and have it stay is there any way to make that happen?

there is a setting to make windowblinds load at startup....(if that's what you mean?)

..i'm sure that someone will be able to tell you you more if you need it
